These sessions include a comprehensive medical intake and personalized acupuncture treatment. Additional Chinese Medicine modalities may also be administered when clinically appropriate. These may include cupping, gua sha, tui na, moxibustion instruction, customized herbal formulas and supplement prescriptions, nutritional guidance, exercise and meditation instruction, and other lifestyle recommendations.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
Community health and wellness is our priority. At this time, masks are optional for patients. Anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms is asked to reschedule their appointment and offered teleheath support. A HEPA air purifier is located in the office space. As an extra precaution for all patients, Christa wears a mask when in the treatment space.
